We stayed at the apartment no. 3E. The building and apartments are brand new. Our apartment was quite large for a 4 person family. Nice view to the city. Kitchen very well equipped. There were enough sheets and towels. I can't agree with others complaints about cleanliness because our apartment was crystal clean. We had fast WiFi and a gorgeous TV. Shower worked great: high pressure, cold and warm water, awesome! Finally, location, while not at the center of Las Canteras or Vegeta, this area happened to be an precious spot, very quiet, lots of parkings and a bakery and cafeteria at the corner. We loved the area and the apartment.

Only minus is that the front door is right next to the kitchen so dirt from shoes will get carried around the apartment quite easily.

The location of this apartment is excellent, right in the city but so so quiet with the double glazing. Loads of things to see, 5 mins walk to the seafront, 15 mins walk to Charly's Cafe, which is brilliant. Weekend market in Parque san Telmo was excellent, loads of street food, music, friendly people, lots of stalls with local artisans etc. The city is so clean, everyone cleans up after they dog and the government constantly has workers keeping the place looking tidy. The people are lovely.

It was very clean and well furnished. Check in was easy. The bus central station is 600 m. There are bakery and shop near the apartman.
