La taille de l’appartement, l’emplacement proche de tout, le calme

Tres bel apartement avec differentes terrasses pour profiter ou s'abriter du soleil en fonction de la journee.A l'interieur d'une residence bien protegee. Tres bien situe (mer a 2mns a pieds par des passages sans voiture), idem pour les commerces et les restaurants et a ~10mns a pied du siam park. Belle piscine si on veut rester au calme. Materiel pour la plage (planche de surfs pour les enfants, serviettes, seau/pelle...) Parking a l'interieur de la residence et on a trouve de quoi se garer tous les jours. Proprietaire tres sympatique. Petite cuisine mais avec un four et aussi un gd frigo et une partie congelateur

The location was perfect, 2 min walk to the front incl a Spar shop, yet it was so quiet at the apartment. Residential/Holiday home complex so no reception but the pool was great and there was nobody there so we had it all to ourselves.

Great location and lovely villa. It was all very clean and check-in was easy.

Location was perfect - right on the border between Las Americas and Costa Adeje. The apartment had everything we needed and Natalia made sure that we had enough of everything to get us started before getting to a shop. She even had bottles of sun cream and after sun in case we needed them. Can't fault the apartment in any way. Pool was lovely and usually quiet. Perfect for a family holiday.
