We stayed in a two-floor villa, it was clean and spacious. Heated pool was the best part of our stay for kids. Parking was very near and easy to find each time. Airport is very near with multiple flights during the day, it didn't bother us.

The location was great! Staff were so accommodating!

The pool was really clean, and they checked it regularly. The staff in the restaurant and bar were perfect. The hotel is located in the south, which is the best spot for the sun. Being close to Tenerife South ensures you have sunny days.

Room was good size , comfortable, a lot of attention to cleaning, fresh towels, fresh bedding etc. Gardens and Pool also very well maintained and clean. Reassuring attention to safety in and around the pool. Overall impression is that this resort is very well managed and ALL the people working there are incredibly helpful , friendly and doing everything they can to ensure the guests get a wonderful experience. ... and they are succeeding in doing that. Breakfast ( included in our booking ) was amazing - top quality and wide range of choices, Parking was free, secure & easy to find places on site ( in June ).

The room had all the facilities needed (even washing machine)
