Great location (old town), impressive decor (Arabic, mosque style), & polite/helpful staff.
The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, the location is very nice, the decoration of the lobby and there are terraces, there is an elevator as well.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely environment. We were in Sevilla during a heat wave but the hotel was a cool oasis. The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent.
