Very spacious, clean and neat apartment. The location was just perfect, close by all the stores and gastronomic locals
Excellent communication from the host. Salvo, got in touch a couple of days before our arrival to confirm location, how to get the keys and lots of tips on what to do in the city. The location was excellent, right next to the Theatro Massimo. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It also stayed very cool in the 40C heat due to the shade of the trees outside and it being slightly underground. Very good value for money and perfect size for our family of four with teenage daughters. We loved our stay here!
The property is a 20 minute walk from the bus or train station.

Perfect location in city center. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
The apartment is in a great location at Teatro Massimo. A vibrant gathering place with cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious, good size for a family. It has great facilities. It is about a 15 minute walk from the central train and bus station where we got the train to Cefalu, (which is a beautiful, 'must see' place).
The host, Marsalvo, stayed in regular touch with us before and during the stay, giving great tips for eg restaurants, airport transfer arrangements etc and responded immediately when we had to contact him.
