Great place to stay! This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Italy. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet location was close to everything, shops, Ville de Este, dining, and train station. Stephano was always available to help out.

Beautifully restored building in a great location for walking throughout the town of Tivoli. Great communication with the owner Stefano. Great value with very large rooms. Can't wait to return for a longer stay.

We loved the location the most. It was minutes from everything, yet it was so quiet. The interiors were beautiful, well kept, and we had access to water and coffee at all times. Stefano was a great source of information, attentive and he went out of his way to help us. He also prepared breakfast in the morning that included pastries, homemade cake + tiramisu, fruits, yoghurt, jelly and delicious cappucino.

Stefano was super helpful and answered all my questions. He gave us recommendations on what to do and see in addition to giving us a map. He also helped my mom and I with bringing our rental car to a private parking lot. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable.

Clean and inviting, spacious room. Exceptional hosts, Stephano and Sophia. Breakfast was delicious, especially Stephano’s homemade chocolate cake with pear.
