The hosts are both very nice and accommodating. But when we arrived we noticed the floor in one of the rooms was dusty and we told the cleaning lady and she ignored us. Overall it was a good experience and good neighborhood, I would recommend it

Ale 160 is worthy of its excellent ratings: It's clean, secure, and located in a fine neighborhood within easy walking distance of many fabulous sights in downtown Rome! While happily nested in Ale 160, I visited the Colosseum, Trajan's Market, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, and numerous beautiful Churches nearby. As much as I loved visiting these magnificent sites, I also relished "coming home" from exploring to the pleasure of Ale 160. It's nestled in a lovely urban neighborhood filled with fine restaurants, a pharmacy, and a market full of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. I fully enjoyed my time at Ale 160, and frankly wish I'd booked a few more nights there before leaving to explore areas outside of "the Eternal City". By the time I sought to book additional nights, it was too late! Don't make my mistake, book your whole stay in Rome at Ale 160 and you'll be glad you did!

The space was quite nice and complete. The host is super thoughful and available.

The price was attractive. The remote check-in, available by midnight, was really helpful. We didn't have to meet anyone, the procedures went seamlessly. There was a bus station 200m away, making it easy to reach the centre. The dishes and cutlery were clean and useful. The bedsheets were clean. They had some books, which were welcome since we couldn't pack any.

The location is excellent, everything is close. The value for money is fantastic. The rooms were clean and ready for us. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable for 3 people.
