Very easy check-in with instructions on Whatsapp. Maximised well designed use of the very small space of the apartment (which is very difficult in such a small space). Sufficient amount of dishes. We were not only given coffee, tea, sugar but also bottles of water, coffee creamer and biscuits. Good linen. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent location - very close to the centre and to the station.

This was great base to explore Parma, train station, restaurants and attractions all within a 10 min walk. The communication with the host was fantastic - so helpful and made access easy. The apartment, while a little compact, is great for 1 or 2 people. It was clean and comfortable.
