Location, style and size of the room, comfortable bed and great customer service.
A fantastic location in the centre of town. Got upgraded to better room. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Not as quiet as we would have liked but it was the end of the school year and many kids were celebrating in the piazza below our rooms.
