Heel netjes, nieuw/opgeknapt appartement met geweldig uitzicht vanaf zeer ruim en zonnig terras. Inboedel zeer compleet, alles was er.
Veel appartementen in het complex stonden leeg, hierdoor was het erg rustig en stil. Van de ene kant voordelig, van de andere kant weinig reuring/leven.
Dichtbij Calandre beach, een mooi stukje zandstrand, maar het was een flinke klim in hoogte om daar te komen.
Op paar honderd meter van het oude Ventimiglia Alta, waar een aantal lekkere eettentjes lagen. Het nieuwe Ventimiglia is best een flinke wandeling.
