Civico36 is a hidden gem in historic Cagliari. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything one would need. The location is great for walking access to amazing restaurants, shopping and Sardinian culture. Francesca is a superb host with an infectious personality. Her knowledge of the city and region were invaluable. She, also, can be hired as an excellent tour guide. We highly recommend Francesca and her apartment. We met as strangers and parted as friends. We will return!

Francesca was a fantastic host and the location can't be beat. Very comfortable apartment and well stocked with everyone you would need for your holiday. Close to great restaurants and cafes. Would recommend!

Francesca was an exceptional hostess. From the aperitifs and charcuterie board she prepared for us at the beginning, right down to the little touches, like oranges from her family tree and homemade body scrub. She prepared everything beautifully, answered any questions instantly and the location was extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

This is a really cute apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The space was clean and we also got a welcoming snacks and drinks when we arrived. The host was very accommodating.
