Great location within walking distance of the train station. Excellent host who was very helpful. Clean, comfortable apartment.

The owner /manager was very kind and helpful and met us upon arrival and explained the location, Cinque Terre, and the apartment . The location is an easy walk to the station so day trips to the Cinque Terre and also to places like Pisa are east and also a walk to the port . The bed was comfortable and tv works easy. There is a table in the kitchen to eat together and there is an entry table which is welcoming with info about the area. The host has given great attention to make guests feel welcome. There is also a super market nearby. If one is traveling by trains and doesn’t want to have to walk so far this is a safe and easy place to be with a responsive host . Neighbors were nice and didn’t hear any noise from building . As long as you keep the doors closed train noise isn’t an issue. There is a pizza take out near by that was fantastic ! Missed the grocery hours on first day and they had their sister restaurant make me a salad and delivered it to the take away where we were !

Great apartment, we really enjoyed our time there! It was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed and it was close to the train station. Plus Riccardo was a very friendly and helpful host, he gave us many tips for our trip. Totally recommend it!

The host is exceptional. Love his advices! We also loved the proximity with the Spezia central (train station). We also appreciated the kitchen and the washing machine.

A very nice , spacious, extremely clean apartment, equipped with everything you need.The location is very, very good, 5 minutes from the central train station, one street away from the well-stocked Coop store, bakery across the street, pizzeria on the ground of the house. Besides, we have never used public transport, you can walk to visit beautiful Spezia city and the port as well. The bus station to Vietri sul Mare ( you must visit it ! Thanks Riccardo !) is very close ,on foot. About Mr. Riccardo who waited for us , only words of praise !! Very, very kind, he gave us maps and explained everythinng we wanted to know, very kindly. Very safe location, all pictures correspond 100% to reality. Riccardo, thanks for all, we had a great time and highly recommended this location!It 's a pity that 5 days passed so quickly!
