The communication with the host was thru messages but it was very responsive to out needs.
The property was better than I was expecting, impeccable clean, the apartment has everything you need, from the kitchen, to the rooms. Location is exceptional, near to train station, bus stops and historical centre.
I received a virtual key and worked perfectly with the instructions when we have found actual key.
