BEST LOCATION! you overlook the one public parking for the downtown area where there is a carnival for kids and shops and restaurants. The parking lot has a farmer's market every am if you want to pick up fresh foods. Our only complaints were that its outdated. The steps going up and down the 3 flights are slippery. We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids (10, 8, and 4) I fell once going down the steps and so did 2 of my kids. If they made the stairs more safe and even JUST updated the kitchen? WOW, this place would be perfection. 5 minute drive to the private beaches, or you could walk right outfront by the boats and bigger rocks and use those beaches if you wanted.
