Amazing and comfortable accommodation in Perugia. In the historic center. All the appliances, plates, silverware one needs. Susanna, as several have also mentioned, was a super host. Of course the terrace, which is quite large, with the amazing view. This is an ideal apartment for longer stays. A couple of great restaurants close-by. A luxury experience. I was here end of February and got this on a great deal. This apartment and host are deserving of all the praise and a perfect 10 score.

Susanna is an incredible host! She was so welcoming and helpful with many great suggestions for local restaurants. The apartment is very clean, roomy and the bed comfortable. The sunrise view from the terrace is like looking at another world. Well equipped kitchen and good water pressure with the biggest bathroom i’ve had in 4 weeks of traveling around Italy. It’s a great location to immerse oneself in Centro Storico Perugia.

It was an amazing apartment, all the personal touches added to the experience. Loved the deck area. Location was great. Loved the Resteraunt/Bar next door.
