Direct communication, fast replies, apartment was cleaned and new bedsheets put before arrival, comfortable beds, air conditioning works ok.
Apartment was spacious for 5 people. The loft area was modern and comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers. The instructions for self check in were easy. A close walk to the nearest water taxi.
Everything was wonderful. The clean apartment equipped with absolutely everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are quite large, it is perfect for a family of 6 people.
We felt wonderful, the communication with the host was very good, we did self check in.
10-12 minutes away is the Piazza San Marco, grocery store 5 minutes away.
I recommend this apartment with love and confidence.
Loved it was away from the main hub of Venice. On a dead end road. Nice and peaceful but not too far a walk to the main water buses and all attractions within minutes.
