Very god location, close to many tourist attractions, room is spacious and clean.
The guest house is in a great location: 4 min walk to the Spanish steps, 8 min to Trevi fountain, 25 min to Colosseum, 25 min to Galleria Borghese. There are lots of restaurants around( we liked Agrodolce!). Despite being on a busy street, the windows and the shutters work very well to soundproof the room. Good beds, a/c works well. The host had provided us all the info to gain access in due time. There is a Nespresso machine in the room. Nice touch, Prosecco on the house! Wifi worked reasonably well.
My family recently just came back from an amazing stay at this place, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Very convenient and walking distance to everything literally around the corner from the Spanish Steps and maybe 10 minutes walk from Tevi and Pantheon. Also near the train station. A lot of restaurants around the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is also good size. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen is also nice.
Great place to stay. Very good location, close to trevi and many good places. Good room, very clean and comfortable.
The location was fabulous. The room was quiet and with a kitchenette. We looked out on to the inner courtyard.
