This apartment is even more attractive than it appears on the website! The rooms are large, and there are utensils for simple cooking. The host came over in person to help us settle in, and gave us suggestions for restaurants and directions for walking down town. There is a little coffee place nearby, and an Aldi within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment: very well appointed, spacious and very clean. It had all we needed, including basic toiletries, dishwasher detergent, coffee and teas and welcome beverages in the fridge. Oh and a very appreciated Christmas tree!

The owners: nice, super responsive and helpful.

The check in and check out process: very easy.

The location: close to both the beltway and the historical downtown of Modena.

The apartment is amazing and very clean, the beds were big and the decor is lovely. Elena and Graziano are both amazing and extremely nice. They were very accommodating to what we needed and were excellent. There is a small parking area as well that is gated which made renting a car that much better. A wonderful experience for a quick visit to Modena!

Quiet residential area near to large supermarket and only a 20 minute walk to Modena Station and the centre. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had the added bonus of parking. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for drinks or dinner.

The check in process was straightforward and Elena was very helpful and friendly.
