Apartment is relatively close to the city center, once you descend the hill.
Plenty of space inside, though not efficiently used.
Shower works fine (with some caveats).
Kitchen includes a refrigerator and one functional knife.
"Great place to relax! The building has quite a few stairs to reach it, but it's definitely worth it. Once you're there, it's peaceful, comfortable, and a really nice spot to rest. Would definitely recommend!"
It was a nice place to stay, we liked it. It was near the train station and harbour and had an excellent location to get around La Spezia.
location is perfect, the city has many status but this property is close to the city public lifts (that are free). so we just had to take few stairs, and the building also has elevator.
The size of the property and the number of rooms is perfect for a big family. Despite not having a balcony, our view was unreal.
