Very clean. Easy access without the need to directly connect with the owner. We were able to enter with codes and keys. That said, the owner was available to us and gave us detailed instructions on the morning of our arrival. There is a bakery, restaurant (the property owner’s), and a market in the small town. The property was also extremely clean.
Clean and spacious rooms. Easy communication with the host, clear instructions to access the property. A place where you are feeling welcome and comfortable
The apartment was perfect for myself and the 3 kids. It is of a high standard and looks new. The kitchen is fully equipped ( even a dishwasher), smart tvs in the rooms, and lots of info on the area.
The owners own a lovely italian restaurant just a few hundred meters away.
Also within a few hundred meters is a supermarket, pharmacy and little wine bistro.

The property is very new and well kept, perfectly located in the Monferrato.
The apartment was very clean and with all the necessary kitchen tools (kettle, microwave etc.).
The staff made sure everything went smoothly with the check-in and provided useful information.
