The balcony and stocked kitchen was a plus!! We also loved the coffee machine with all the drink options. Gianni is kind, helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location. Loved the balcony with the roof top views. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked great. Our host was amazing and even lined up a driver for us to get to the port.

We enjoyed our stay! David was very accommodating of our early arrival request and let us store our bags for a few hours while we waited for our afternoon train. The room was very comfy and a great space to regroup after a long day of exploring Rome! The AC was incredible and much needed in the Rome heat.
