Fantastic location, great staff and clean modern rooms
It was a nice stay overall. The location is about 15-20 mins from the Duomo by walk, although we always used a taxi. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. You can find many options to eat, and it's really cool to have a walk at night. The room is oldish but still ok. The staff was always ready to help. The internet was ok.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast included gluten free and dairy free options and the restaurant was able to offer allergy friendly meals. Staff was very helpful. We had to catch a very early flight and they had our car outside and helped us load everything in time.
We booked very last minute (the day of) and they were awesome about it. I got to the hotel with no battery left on my phone and they gave me a phone charger that I was able to use for a few hours no problem. The staff is amazing! The rooms are very spacious and the robes in the bathrooms are amazing! It’s very close to all the tourist attractions but far enough so that you can have some peace. Highly recommend it!
