Host was very accomodating and let us check in early.
Terrific location just as advertised.
Every room was spacious for its purpose.
Washer and dryer very handy but could use some English instructions. Ha. Ha. But all good.
The property was perfectly located, much bigger than reflected in pictures, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and communicated extremely fast. I will 100% be back!
Martina who operates the property was superb!! She answered questions readily and was very available. I always found her to be very cheerful when we communicated. I cannot imagine a more comfortable, perfect location. It was so close to San Marco Basilica and the Doge Palace. It was also ideal for Vaporetto/gondola travel. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Martina!!!

The location was fantastic. So convenient to sights and restaurants as well as exploring. Fully featured. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. AC was perfect - quite and effective. Even the fan was strong and silent. We were also surprised at how large it was. Plenty of space for a family of four. Perfect balance between quaint Venetian property (exposed ceiling) and creature comforts.
