The host Franca is kindness personified. Great location , great views from the balcony.

We had a great one night stay. Centrally located and fit the bill for the night. Signora France was very welcoming even despite the language barrier. Would recommend for a short stay. Wish the weather was better so we could’ve taken advantage of the rooftop!

The location was fantastic and the host Nicole was delightful. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The rooftop was great, pity it was too hot when I was there to make good use of it.

The apartment is in a lovely location in the Old Town and just off the seafront. It was a perfect place to enable us to discover the best of Monopoli.

Franca - the owner - is an exceptionally lovely person who - despite the language barrier - made us feel so welcome. Her generosity with gifts of food, drink, and greetings went above and beyond any hospitality we have experienced.

The apartment is lovely, cozy, it has all mod cons. But what makes it special is Franca, the host. She is the most adorable person you can come across. Genuine old style Italian woman. And she brought us food for the three days we stayed in Monopoli. I'd definitely go back tomorrow.
