Cottage Rose had everything we could possibly want from a holiday accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and the views were just spectacular. We would highly recommend it.
We absolutely loved our stay at Cottage Rose. The views are amazing and the location is idyllic. Feels like you're in the countryside but very close to the centre. The perfect blend.
Everything was amazing the view of the cottage is amazing the place was well equipped and clean, hosts were helpful and nice amazing place little hard to get to it as the mountain road is narrow abit but totally worth it. It is a hidden gem up the mountain in bellagio
I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The spacious rooms offered a perfect blend of comfort and privacy, making it an ideal retreat.
It’s quite isolated, allowing to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature. With high-standard facilities throughout, I felt pampered and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. A Strong WiFi, and private car parking space.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the lake from the property. Waking up each morning to such a picturesque landscape was truly a delight.

We’ve just got back from Cottage Rose and our stay was perfect. The hosts are lovely and responsive, the cottage was clean, open plan and extremely cosy and comfortable. The best part is the balcony/garden as the view is incredible. It was lovely to come back from a busy day and take in the views on the balcony and play games and enjoy a night cap. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best night sleep! The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need - including wasp spray which came in handy. The hosts also left prosecco, water and some staple foods for when you arrive which is lovely! The cottage is just a 5 min drive to Bellagio, which has great ferry access to the rest of Lake Como. There’s also a secret beach (photo below) just a 5 min drive down the hill where you can swim or eat at the snack bar - perfect for an after dinner swim at sunset.
