This is a very nice place to stay. It is roomy, has many nice touches, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. It is close to many places, restaurants, and grocery store and is in a less crowded area. We walked everywhere. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Venice.

Location in a quiet neighborhood
The location was very good, between Arsenale and St. Marco, about a ten minute walk from the lagoon. It is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. The property has all the amenities you need for an extended stay.
Great location to everything, quiet, plenty of space, plenty of dinning options close by, and Luara was great.
The property/apartment was centrally located and easy to find, with directions provided by the host. The apartment was very spacious and clean, very comfortable. If we had any questions, the host was very prompt in responding via Booking.com app.
