Clean and it is a good location on a quiet Calle and a small and quiet canal below the living room, bathroom, and bedroom windows. Harry met us and was a good communicator.

Great apartment, recently renovated and with perfect location for exploring Venice in all directions. Perfectly working air conditioning. Easy to reach by vaporreto line 2 from the St Lucia train station, disembark at St. Samuel station. It’s literally 3 min of walking on flat surface
only, so no problem with carrying the luggage. If you use St Angelo station, then there will be some bridges to cross/stairs.
The apartment is NOT accessible for people with disabilities, as there are some narrow stairs to climb in order to reach it.
the apartment is very clean,location is excellent, very convenient, close to every where.
We were greeted by Matteo would was very helpful and gave us some great tips re the apartment and local restaurants. It was quiet and a great location. It was a great size for our family of 4. We cooked a few nights, which was easy.
