One of my best Airbnb location, if i come back to venise, I'll definitely get back here.
Beautiful and recently appointed apartment. The bedroom is larger than it appears in the photo, the mattress is very comfortable, and the street is quiet. The location is convenient to the Arsenale vaporetto / Alilaguna stop (no steps!), which makes it easy. Good restaurants nearby yet it is away from the busy streets. Daniele and Alberto, our hosts, live nearby and were helpful when we needed assistance with the washer and the air conditioner minisplit. They were super nice, young, smart, ans fluent in English.
The location was quite nice, it was pretty quiet at night time but close enough to the tourist locations. They were very helpful in providing me food locations away from the crowds too. All the amenities were great too.
Very clean and modern with everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Quiet street with a cafe nearby and just a few blocks from the Arsenale boat dock.
The location was excellent! Walking distance was close to San Marco Square.
