Convenient location, perhaps a little far from the center. However, in 5 minutes by fooot there is a bus(it goes every 7 minutes) that takes you to the center in 15 minutes.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels, everything is at the highest level, incredibly clean and in like new condition.

The design of the apartment probably exceeds the photos; everything is new, clean, modern. And the owner is always in touch and answers any questions within a short time.

Since we preferred to eat at home, it was important for me to have everything necessary in the kitchen for cooking, as well as a good oven and other kitchen utensils.

The heating of the room was also very good and we could adjust the degree of heating.

The apartment is very clean and well renovated. The neighborhood is quite, clean and safe with good caffetterie and restaurants very close.

Great place in a small street with a lot of parking spaces. Easy whatsapp contact with the host. Nice beds, two TVs, nice A/C.

The local coffee place 50m away, great coffee and snacks, low prices.

Well renovated and well equipped apartment. Frederico is a wonderful host, responsive and welcoming. Easy check-in and check-out process, clear comms all the way through.

This is one premium rental apartment in a premium location for anyone visiting Bologna. Everything was brand new and working. Very well furnished kitchen, designer bathroom and so on. Even two TV's did not seem overboard. Location is excellent and silent at night. Public transport stop is just around the corner. Across the street is a great pasticheria. And a very nice restaurant (BEMABO) is in 10 min walk.
