Very clean, well equipped, and a very short walk to the beach and a wonderful waterfront restaurant. Host provided a nice tray of breakfast goodies along with coffee. Augusto was extremely helpful making sure we found the place easily and showed us around the property on arrival. Very quiet, off the beaten path and away from the tourist crowds.
Communication was fantastic from the start and the hosts were there to meet us with keys and talk us through the property and local area. They could not be more helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for the beach and a nice 20 min walk to Porto Santo Stefano and more bars and restaurants.
The apartment exceeded expectations. The host had thoughtfully provided everything for a light breakfast.
A very spacious two level apartment. It was 40 degrees when we visited and it was a delight (and a relief) to find accommodation with working air conditioning (not something we could find in Rome!). Washing machine, coffee machine, drinking water and a small gift bag of local snacks provided and gratefully accepted! Only a short walk to the beach and an ocean view from our upstairs bedroom. Parking also available.
