Location is a short walk to Pizza Repubblica. Being on the ground floor was especially nice. The tv has Netflix and YouTube which is great for English programs. the public laundry is very near and exceptionally well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Belvedere. The apartment is in a fantastic location (practically next to the lift down to the main car park and less than a 5-min walk to the town centre). The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated and had all amenities we needed for our stay. Great wifi and air conditioning, good hair dryer, good shower, and the apartment was extremely spacious. Communication with the hosts was excellent, very easy and they were very responsive and helpful, even providing restaurant recommendations etc. They made us feel extremely welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful fully equipped apartment, everything we required at an excellent price. Large comfortable bed, dishwasher, coffee machine and large gas stove with all kitchen utensils in a quiet area close to all facilities. A wonderful stay, easily accessed and walking distance to all Orvieto.
