As you can see from map, location is near the sea and also near the main Lignano pedestrian zone which starts right behind the roundabout. There was a very big balcony/terrace at our apartment where we used to have a breakfast or dinner. You can see/hear the night life because of the location. At nights we closed all windows anyway because of the air conditioning so there was no noise from outside anyway. Parking lots are at the property under roof (so there is no pine resin on your car after a week which is quite common when you park under the pines at Lignano) but narrow for a big/wide car (it will probably take you some time to park if you have a big car). Property is owned by Bivi family who's members are also living at the same building. We were in contact with a nice lady Francesca who showed us the flat and explained everything. There are also 2 washing machines on the ground floor which you can use for free.
