Beautiful grounds, with a lovely swimming pool and tennis court. Extremely kind and attentive hosts. A perfect base for a family vacation in Umbria.

The views, cool evening breezes, pool, nature and proximity to amazing Italian villages. You do need a car.
We were 6 people and stayed in the big flat:
- Every room had an en-suite and had aircon
- The place was clean and in Italien traditional style
- Incredible scenic views and a lovely outdoor dining area to watch the sunsets
- Pool and tennis court
- The owners were so attentive, they were always very friendly, set up a bbq for us and helped us booked taxis
- Free parking both on site or at a larger car park 1 min away
- It’s even better than the photos and such incredible value
The owners are very nice and available! Great garden, swimming pool and tennis! The view is amazing. We recommend this place very much. Thanks for everything
