We loved the apartment and Salo. The apartment was so comfortable and large - with an amazing view right on the waterfront. The beds were great, bathrooms very modern and up to date, great kitchen. We were in Italy for six weeks an our stay here was a favorite. Claudia was amazing. Key hand over was simple - She told us the easiest place to park, then met us at the apartment with keys, and showed us around. We were earlier than expected and she accommodated us. She had great restaurant recommendations, and even stopped by when we couldn't figure out the washing machine - a great host. Salo is a wonderful town - it is not overly touristic and has a chill and elegant vibe.
