It is actually on a canal with gondolas! That was an unexpected treat.
Great location within walking distance of everything. Minutes from the ferry which was helpful with luggage. 4 people and we were comfortable.
The location between Rialto and San Marco was very good because most major sights are within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all of the basics necessary for a short stay. Wifi works well and the cell phone reception was better than in most old stone buildings in crowded Italian cities. The apartment has self check-in, but easy directions were provided. Beds were comfortable, and the large, thick towels are a delight.

The property was very clean and in a great location. We were given great instructions making it easy to find. We loved being in a Venetian style home with a great river view. The staff were also very helpful.
