Less than one minute walk to beach. The secure off street parking was excellent.

Casa Rennucia is perfectly situated near the beach, old town and restaurants. The owner Domenica was telephonically available at all hours to assist and was very helpful and friendly. The apartment has a nice outside seating area with table and chairs. Big plus point is the free and protected parking right in front of the apartment as well as the groundfloor level with no stairs. The apartment has a washing machine, ironing board and iron but lacks a kettle.

Casa Rinuccia is perfect for a couple . It is clean, well maintained and modern. Whilst it is compact it has all that one needs. Whilst the apartment itself does not have an outlook and is located in an area of apartment blocks it is a 3 minute walk to the beach , cafes, restaurants. The host responded promptly to queries and was extremely helpful to us in finding the property. The security of the apartment is excellent with a locked gate to enter the apartment surrounds. Finding a car park is difficult in Cefalu and a standout of the property is definitely a dedicated off the road car park that is situated through a locked gate outside the apartment.

The location is very central. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Has a good back yard as well as a washing machine which was a great bonus. The host Domenico was really helpful and lovely.

Clean modern apartment in quiet gated location, walking distance from the station, on the outskirts of the historic centre and a minute ot two from the main beach. Great sunny terrace out the back, washing machine etc.
