Everything was perfectt. And beautiful canal view.
It has air conditioning, heater and water boiler. It covered all base needs. It has shops and restaurants near by. Just a 20 min walk to S Marco with very nice bridges in between. It is very clean and has all facilities.
The apartment was clean and had all the amenities one needs. Good location! Highly recommend.

The apartment is located a short walk from the Grand Canal and Giardini. The area is not overrun with tourists and nearby restaurants are reasonably priced.
