The host communicated clearly, graciously, and promptly, so there was no confusion about how to enter the property or store luggage when leaving. The apartment is truly located in an extremely convenient place -- within short walking distance of the bus/train station, a grocery store, the beach, and tons of restaurants and bars in the pedestrian area. The bed was nice and firm and we slept very well every night. Everything we needed otherwise was provided -- kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, toiletries etc. The host even left thoughtful regional welcome gifts and gave great recommendations. We would be happy to stay again!

Everything! I am originally from Pescara and I can confirm that the location is perfect! Easy access on foot to the center of the city for strolls and shopping, to the most popular beaches in the center, and very conveniently located with a great supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop and even fresh pasta store underneath the apartment. 1 minute from one of the most popular walking areas with great local restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, I cooked at home and it was the easiest experience in a Booking apartment for that, there are all the basics one would think of and the pots and pans needed. The beds are very comfortable and the blinds are so dark one can sleep deeply, also because it is a very quiet area. Last but not least the owners check on you via message to see how it is going, just the right amount, and they are very fast in responding. Just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was perfect: clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and caring, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t be better. Both the railway and bus stations are just a short walk away, and the beautiful, clean beach is only 5 minutes from the apartment. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner, which was super convenient. Everything was peaceful during our stay and we’d definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended.
