As a group of 6 friends we rented the two apartments in the centre of Sanremo.
Excellent location , everything is at walking distance.
Rooms and the kitchen are big and clean.
The garage is included in the bigger apartment rent and it is very convenient.
Checkin/checkout in the apartments was very fast.
Communication with the host was prompt and easy.
My family are a frequent traveller and so far Casa Del Festival is one of the best. Thanks for making our stay comfortable

Perfect location, in the middle of the town, close to restaurants, bars, beach and historical attractions. What was positively surprising, the parking was included in the price (and parking in San Remo can be really tough!).
