Very nice apartment in a perfect location in the city and just few hundred meters from the beach. Host was very friendly person and picked us from the train station.
Piero was very nice and it's also not normal that he picked me up from the train station. Very nice contact
The hospitality and reception by Piero were very good. The apartment was very clean and in very good condition. The private roof terrass with own kitchen was so nice to use.
The property is located right in the heart of Sanremo in the middle of pedestrian zone, close to all amenities and restaurants. The property was presented in good condition throughout. It has a big reception, medium size bedroom and fit-in kitchen. It was clean and equipped with AC, washing machine and a dish washer, provided with bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. There is also access to a private area on the roof equipped with a small kitchen and access to a patio with a dining table and two sun beds. Piero, the owner of the property, is a very accommodating and honest person who was a pleasure to deal with.
