The hosts at the property were very friendly and welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious with a large very comfortable bed and good air conditioning, the shower room was spacious too and everything was spotless. The security at the property was also very good. We enjoyed our meals at the Cilento restaurant downstairs with the best omelettes and pizza's in town....and delicious ice cream desserts and coffee too. We would highly recommend Champagne rooms and the restaurant and would definitely return again.
The room is great, very spacious, clean and Comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and the Restaurant downstairs (that belongs to the hotel owner) is really good :)
A very clean property, modern, with all you need inside.Very good facilities, bed is very confortable.You can eat one of the best pizza from Sirmione here and have a capuccino and breakfast in the morning!
Just in front of location is bus station for Sirmione center, at each 20 min.
But the most we appreciate the owner, thank you very much, we hope to return one day!

Very helpful and amiable staff.
We arrived before check in hour and since the room was ready they checked us in quickly.
The rooms are very clean, there was everything you need, the stuff was super friendly and attentive. The rooms are directly over the restaurant so you can eat and drink and check-in/-out nearly every time and ask them anything :) also it’s close to the Lake and very central
