It was very organized and clean and in a good neighborhood. Everything you need is provided in the apartment and the shower works perfectly . Plus, there were free drinks in the fridge and fruits are also provided by the host which is so kind.

Very good location in the heart of Rome. And a very polite host. We will definitely come back to this place!

Very spacious room and bathroom. Host was nice and greeted us and showed us around. Place provides a kitchen with a full fridge, stove, sink, and tea pot. The staff provided us with water, Coke, and orange juice as well. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space.

CiaoRoma! is fantastic. The room was much more spacious than expected, very comfortable, and very private and secure. The bathroom is down the hall, but also private and HUGE. There was a kitchenette on our floor, shared with the other guests, with fresh fruit and coffee available every day. It's walking distance to the Vatican and to all the restaurants and shopping you could want. Due to the location, there's some noise from the street outside during the day, but it quiets down enough at night to get a good rest. The host is friendly and communicates well. Absolutely no complaints -- we would stay here again if we return to Rome.

The communication from the host, Andrea, was excellent, and he gave excellent directions on how to arrive at the property from the airport. He gave us a very detailed tour of the place upon arrival and gave us recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was very nice, just ten minutes walk from the Vatican, and we especially loved going to the historic coffee bar across the street, Castroni, where they also had some really classic Italian food and grocery products for sale.
