The location of this property is excellent. It is about a 5 minute walk up a hill from the downtown area. This is perfect for the busy season as you are close to the town but far enough removed that the nightly activities won't disturb your sleep. We were using it for a business trip and it was a nice alternative to a hotel. The Host had the property well stocked with snacks, drinks, and some wine. There is also a combination washer/dryer which makes packing for a trip much easier and lighter. This is particularly important with the current airport situation around the world which makes carry on the king.

Chiara made us very welcome, and the house was equipped with more than you could need, including some food and toiletries for guest use, incredibly thoughtful for a traveling family who have tried to not pack too much! The location was amazing also. We had a fantastic week stay here

We stayed with family in July in this beautiful flat recently renovated. beautiful location. very friendly, welcoming and super-helpful staff to meet & greet. Plenty of groceries available upon our arrival + wine/water/coffee for our own perusal. We were all quite amazed by the level of service received.

The location was fabulous with only a small hill to the accommodation from the beach and main street with bars and restaurants. Alessandra the host was amazing with communication and making sure we were comfortable, and when our flight into Genoa was delayed her daughter offered to pick us up from the train station in SL as she was worried about there not being available taxis. Thank you Chiara! The kitchen had everything we needed including many gifts of wine and food from the hosts. If you are thinking of staying in SL please do not hesitate, it is a gorgeous town full of charm and few foreign tourists (mostly Italian holiday makers) and our daily swim in the Baia del Silenzio was what dreams are made of. Would return in a heart beat. We loved our stay at Cittadella Chiara

CittadellaChiara has a perfect location in Sestri Levante, and overall on the Liguria Riviera. Walking distance to two beaches and immediate access to the pedestrian streets of Sestri Levante. The apartment is really spacious and modern, with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
