The hotel, although a little away from the city centre, was 2 minute walk to the subway and about 5 minutes from the tram. It felt safe and the hotel itself was excellent value for money. The room was cleaned everyday and it was a large room.
When we first arrived, the man on reception who checked us in wasn't overly friendly - no smile and a bit passive aggressive. However, I'm not sure if it was a bad day or just his mannerism but by the end, he had warmed up to us. We even got a smile when we left! All other staff were very helpful and accomodating - printing tickets and giving us local tips.
