Exceptional stay with amazing views and direct access to the lake. The staff were greeting and smiling everywhere and the breakfast was very delicious. They upgraded us to a suite with a lake view.

Fabulous resort for young families. Parco San Marco is a luxury stay for families and the staff go above expectation for your stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the operations manager Roberto being especially welcoming showing magic tricks to the children as we checked in. The resort has kids club and pools with waterslides for the kids and a bonus treat was unlimited ice cream for the children from 12 to 5pm each day! They know that if kids are happy the parents are happy! Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a beautiful view of lake Lugano. Breakfast each morning was included in the stay and it was amazing. I had never seen the variety and quality food on offer for a breakfast buffet in my life! The kids were even looking forward to breakfast each morning. Overall a fantastic stay.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The location was beautiful. 20 min walk into the nearest town with choices of restaurants and bars, and a small market on a Tuesday night. Breakfast was superb - so many choices. The facilities were great. The indoor spa was lovely. We liked the relax pool and the lakeside beach. There were plenty of sun loungers wherever you chose you to be. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
