very comfortable and hreat location. Lucia was very helpful,appreciated her efforts to stay comnected. Would love to return to Gubbio and book her apartment again ! Loved it !!

A really good use of a compact space. The apartment is in a great location, is well designed, beautifully decorated, super clean and perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was great, apart from the coffee machine . Decoration very tasteful, location just perfect, nice bed. And the communication with Lucia just perfect, uncomplicated and quick.

Apartment located in the oldest, not busy part of Gubbio, even though public parking free of charge is close by.
Charming and helpful host Lucia is a perfect guide, to give welcoming tour of the house, and beautiful small town as well as surrounding areas.
