The room was spacious and comfortable and there was air conditioning which was great for a stay in the summer. The property was very close to the Arena so it was perfect if you are seeing a show there. The staff was great at communicating and the self check in and out was very smooth and easy.
The hotel is right in the city center, you can reach the arena, Juliette's balcony and many cafes and restaurants within minutes. The room was very clean, although a little dark (only a small window), but we didn't plan on spending much time there anyways.
With the instructions given, it was very easy to find the hotel and room.
The property is in a fantastic location with easy to follow self check-in instructions. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, as were the linen and towels.
