Very close to all amenities. The beach was right near the property. Great restaurants along the ocean front.
This is an outstanding example of a short stay holiday apartment. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and well located. It is 5 Star.

We liked everything about this property but especially how clean, cool and airy it was. The decor is simple and tasteful and a true home from home. It has everything you need and has been well thought out by the owner Enrico and his wife.
Enrico was the best host we have ever encountered. You rarely meet someone how has genuine passion for hosting people and giving such a five star service.
He even called the local bike hire to give them a heads up that we would like to hire bikes for the day as we have bad Italian and the hire man, Roberto has no English! He really was fantastic.
The pictures don’t do the apartment justice, it’s better in real life!
Pescara is a fun place with lovely people. I’d recommend a visit and staying here. And take all of Enrico recommendations as they were all fab!

Our host Enrico was super friendly and helpful. The flat is beautifully styled with everything you need, extremely clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. Perfect location for Pescara beach and lots of bars, restaurants and shopping just around the corner. We really felt at home and would recommend this fab apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Pescara.
