Overall the flat was really a fine place to stay. very closeby the center and surrounded by restaurants. you also should have no worries for the night, as it is equipped with AC and it is quite stil during the night. The host was also very friendly and helpful .

It was a spacious and clean apartment with a lot of good facilities as a good shower, a small kitchen where you could cook or make extra breakfast besides the breakfast that was already provided, a lovely coffee machine and big fridge and even a washing machine. The building is smoke free which is excellent. We arrived after midnight in Catania but we were in the apartment within 20 minutes after booking a taxi via booking.com as well. The apartment is very central situated with a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. The city center is also in walking distance for the fit ones among us. The host was very kind and always approachable for questions. He even provided us with information about climbing the Etna which we could very quickly book for the next morning! The hike was amazing! Little did we know that the next day Etna erupted. Catania actually turned into the black city with ashes all around. It was a great experience!
The location of the flat was ideal for a short break.
The landlord was so nice and welcoming. The place is so comfortable, clean and well organized. I liked the ceiling with that ancient details.
