The hotel offers a very convenient location with a well kept and tidy accommodation, but the service we had from the reception was truly outstanding! They were very helpful with making us feel welcome and with navigating us around the town and suggesting the best options. Well done and thanks.
Giuseppe the owner is a really kind gentleman and he is always happy to accommodate the best to his clients - the croissants for breakfast were fresh and mouthwatering - I really recommend this hotel to stay in Grammichele Catania and it is 15mins walk to Piazza Carlo Maria Carafa (hexagonal square).
The hotel is paceful, airy, clean and with a consrant fresh smell. The rooms are a big size and very comfy. Linen fresh and crisp and towels very thirsty and soft. Parking is notca ptoblem and locayion is vrry clisevthe the Grammichele city centre. If i need to be in Grammichele again i would definately choose to use it again.
Owner Giuseppe was very nice and even enabled us to check out later without any problems and rooms were very spacious and clean plus they also provide free safe parking.
Giuseppe and all other employees very helpful and all go an extra mile for their guests to have the best possible stay. Hotel very clean, spacious rooms! We even got a discount because we stayed with a baby!
